so yea I got 6 plants in a 2x4 tent and they are growing into eachother I have no humidity issues but it just seems like I should trim but I dont wana what do you peeps think?
does it feel to you like the light is penetrating to the lower budsites? if it looks like the majority of your buds are overshadowed to the point of being starved for light i would trim a few leaves back. just a couple mind you, to le the light downwards.
First off what size HPS are you using?
Figure out the light intensity at different distances.
Find the point where buds are recieving like 1/4 or 1/8 the amount of light that the lamp puts out.
Any buds below this point are removed.
Leave the fan leaves down there.
pull off all the lower budsights. they wont get enough light and you will end up with larf. your tops will be bigger and weigh more.
and its called pruning not trimming. trimming is what you do after harvest.
pruning to increase air flow would be a good idea, couple of fans leaves off of each plant I suggest. .choose the leaves that aren't getting any light . make sure your cutting utensil is sterile before and after each cut. real easy to spread disease and/or get bud rot

I wouldnt prune any leaves away. I would tie some braches back allowing the light to get to the lower parts. That light reflector doesnt seem like its spreading the light well. Id invest in a diamond reflector by Ecotecnics.
But for now Id be tieing them branches down so there more horizontal, that would open some space in the middle and plus the light will be hitting more of the plant. Defo what I would do anyway
