i got a problem

this is my first time growing and all is well i have 2 nice females about half way thru flowering,my problem is everytime i go past my closet i find myself clinching clippers in one hand a bowl in the other,and a uncontrolable shake,i have 2 voices in my head argueing with each other over clipping one bud off and try it.....how the hell do you control this?????????????? its unbareable.its like being in a strip club where you can look all you want but you know if you extend the hand to touch you are doomed....
