I just took shrooms yesterday for my first time. some golden teachers.

if you used rye grain it wouldnt be a PF jar
but yes you can use rye grain to make bulk substrate... but thats not what i was talking about
where did i say to use a jar that was not fully colonized? it has to be fully colonized before you take it out? or it wouldnt be a CAKE!
and yes, i have sat on my bed and shot up jars and never done anything other than wipe the needles with alcohol inbetween injections and still had all of them fully colonize!
im not really sure if you are trying to discredit me or what... but... you have said nothing other than "it is impossible and anyone who says so is a liar, or everyone would do it"
hope you try it soon, you sound like you have done a lot of research and never really tried it... good luck

Ahh shrooms are fun my girlfriend tripped for the first time when I harvested these.
My Puerto Ricans are colonizing extremely fast and they are suppose to be a pretty visual strain as well!

MOST EXCELLENT! I was planning on some Puerto Ricans and maybe some Blue Meanie Cubensis vs Golden Teachers.
My girlfriend is going to trip on friday for the first time with me. I got some more golden teachers. They give a nice body feeling

Thats how these B+ were Great body vibes, energetic, i just couldn't stop moving and touching things. I actually was running around at one point will I was tripping it just felt really good hahaha. I also laughed uncontrollably for about 20 minutes....it happened twice and I was laughing so hard I cried hahahaha
They were really easy to grow and I wasn't really being sterile at all Just wiped the needle with alcohol and made sure my hands were clean. So far I've colonized 5 jars with 0 contams.

so pretty much you make a colony of mycelium in the liquid culture, and you can preserve that culture for further extraction and inoculation?
if im right it sounds like a fucking deal.

Do you think i can get the tip of the needle red hot with a candle, or would i just be wasting my time? Also how do you know when you have 100% colonization? Also how many pf cakes can I do with 1 syringe?I'm Looking into starting a pf grow, once my weed grows up a little bit.

you can do about 10-12 jars with one syringe.
you will know you have 100% colonization when white mycellium is covering the substrate 100% inside the jar.

Whether its half pint or pint you only use 1cc per jar! Ask anyone....
Depending on who you get your syringe from it will come with 10-12cc's.
Oh and might I add that Snow White in your gallery looks fucking beautiful!

Hey have any of you guys tried Amita Muscarias? they are legal to buy and are supposed to fuck you up good. I bought some of a site ad my house got raided cause they thought they were illegal and after the lab results were processed they dropped the charges and replaced my front door.
