no it means he's smart enough to have really good buissness tactics (for the rapper in his industry).
he promoted his album a ton and then all those shit songs came out which were supposedly going to be on the carter 3 which lowered expectations for it, so when it came out it sounded like gods creation compared to the leaked songs (aside from lollipop)

thats my diagnoses of it, but dont take my word for it SUPPOSEDLY i have the intellect of 14 year old boy trying to hide from mommy

If you want more go to the doctor with a cough.
It sometimes works.
My girl goes at least once or twice a year since her insurance pays for most of it anyway. Sometimes she gets purple, sometimes she gets orange.
But she went to same doc for long time.

But be careful. Opiates can become habit forming pretty fast
