I have a 36"20"63" tent and a 150 watt hps but need some insight on an upgrade

So I'm looking to upgrade my lighting either 250w or 400 from my 150 but I have some questions I would really appreciate some insight

So here is my questions:

My 150 is self ballast and runs at about 82 on with a 6" duct fan exhausting it.. will a remote ballasted 250 or 400 be cooler than my self ballast 150???

Cool tubes are not possible with the inside layout. Well they are just a hassle

Whatcha guys think?

hey i got myself a lumatec....400 watt ..it swiches to a 250...also runs mh or hps.....gives lotsa options...also blows my 20 yo mags away in output of the bulbs.....
