i have a few simple questions about my seedling

So I’ve been growing a plant and it’s just about a month old and I know the issue was heat stress but the lead is curled up and kinda twisted and it shrunk a bit but it’s only on one leaf the rest of the plant is healthy as can be. My question is what’s the best thing I can do for the plant without feeding it special things and will the leaf recover as I don’t think it’s completely dead.

Is it just heat? Looks a little mutated which could be bad genetics. Either way it look prety stressed and with care and maybe a touch of superthrive will come back but stress is not good at any point. I say superthrive as it's great for recovering stressed plants. Hope this helps.

Also don’t worry the discolour on the leaves are from reflections from metal in my room
Metal? Do you have ventilation? I can't stress how important this is especially if you already have a heat issue! You probably don't have any airflow either also important plants need more than light and water to be healthy and have the best chance.
Can have some more info on your set up please?

I’m really just bored from this virus going around so I don’t have a real set up everything is make shift and I don’t really know when I’m doing and I’m not using the right bulbs but I got an led king going now. Should I cut off the leaf ? And I was overwatering it before and it’s finally recovering from that that’s why it looks stressed my good sir. And I don’t want to buy anything special just want to know what’s the best I can do with what I have ?

Look you are overthinking this young plant .... it has a slight leaf mutation ( genetic) like somebody’s mom having a club foot.
Not an issue .... that set of leaves will not be necessary as it grows up and will later die off anyways.

The bigger question is why that plant is so small for a month of growth.

thank you sir I appreciate it. That could be the case as I remember one leaf always looking a bit smaller in the beginning. I’m using a mix of sun and leds . But the plant remains in my room and gets sun from the window. Should I be giving the plant run off water at this point ? It could be slow because I overwatered at the beginning. Honestly could’ve been only two weeks I didn’t really expect it to grow just from the shit I got in my room. So I haven’t been keeping track

I’m guessing it’s from overwatering at the beginning I’m having trouble finding the right watering for it.

Me thinks you need more aeration to your medium, the roots may be having a tough time stretching out.
