I doubt you could grow two plants with 3 CFLs. I mean if you did, it wouldn't be worth it. I used 10 CFL's and I'm really not that happy with the yield. I mean, it looks nice and I'm glad I got bud...but it's nothing compared to what it would have been with HPS. If you used 3 CFLs, I imagine you'd be smoking little puffs...all hair no bud.

OK i this i understand you a little better filthy,,,
1)can i use the 1 cfl blue 150 watt, the 10 dollar ones to veg the 2 plants
2)then use 2 red cfl's same wattage during the vegetation along with the blue 1. so 2 red and 1 blue for flowering. I really only want to buy 2 lights,, right now,,and maybe 1 more later,,,, so When i go to Home depot today im buying a blue and red cfl,,and yr sure i dont need both the first 3 weeks only the blue 1?? cheers yr the man if u help me with this daunting task :)

Filthy said 1 blue cfl 150 watt will be ok during vegetation,,,,would u say that is correct??????? then i would need to add on 5 6 cfl's for each plant,,,,all in red??????? no blue at all during floweing??? ok i guess i can add more cfl's weekly,,,but can I start the first few weeks with 1 blue 150 watt to get it nice and big,then 5 more red during floweing

Im reading all my comments i sound like a fucking idiot.lol,,im so sorry ,,wheni get good at this shit,,i definatly will help a newbie as well this is what i think ,,
1)I will buy 2 BLUE 150 watt cfl for vegetation
2) When its ready for flowering,i will add 2 more 150 watt CFL's (RED)
***Total i would have 2 blue during veg,, then 4 (adding 2 more red) during flowering!!!!
--- As i get more money i will add more red 150's making 6 lights for the 1 plant eventually
thats it please tell me i got it and i can stop annoying you guys,,cheers!!
