I have a problem with little white nats?

I have a plant outdoors and its seems to have little white nats I guess thats what they are. Its in flowering, I was wanting to know what I could spray on the plant to get rid of the little flying bugs? any home made or any organic stuff?

You really need to find out what gnats these are. If they are white then they are not fungus gnat. They could be white flies which I think can do damage to a crop. You also have to think of their young, eggs, larvae. If you could get a pic it will help.

what kind of sticky strips would I use

Any brand works or buy a tube of tanglefoot and smear it on yellow/blue/red solo cups on the outside. Just a light coat.
