I have a problem.

I have 8 ladies in a 4*6 bed in organic soil, I have to move them to a different location. They are in week 5/6. I can't fit the bed threw the doorway. Can I cut the soil and move them without to much worry?

I wouldn't "cut" anything. I would very carefully uproot them and set them aside. Break down and relocate the bed and get it ready at the new location, then replant them. They're going to get stressed though.

That's why you really should be using pots. It's times like this that pots prove they're still king. You simply move the plant and you're done.

5/6 weeks sounds like the roots could be fairly intertwined the best thing to try is to pull and shake at the roots dont be agressive just keep tension on the roots and try shake them free some will break but you should keep the bigger roots intact, and like tacomac said replant them in pots,

after this you will not see any growth for at least a week but they should be fine.

use pots!
