Tap water bubble 24 hrs
Ppm 1300
Room temp 74
Co2 at 1500 ppm but no fresh air coning in thou.
Ph 5.8 -6.0 the run off is 5.6
2 weeks bloom.

It could be. try a bit of Epsom salts? It doesn't look like a potassium deficiency.

I think it from the Light or the Heat . But the 600 watts is only 1.5 fts away. and room stay 74 day time and 69 night now temp.
