First off you need more lighting. Those two bulbs were ok to vegg with but not enought to flower with.
Second, It looks like you are having heat problems. Your leaves look burnt.

I can't tell by looking at your pictures as they are blurry on my screen. However, by your description I have to ask if you have switched from a Veg formula to a Flowering formula. My guess is you have. If so, then switch back to your veg formula for now. If you did not switch food then you did something different as the problem is not because of extra darkness.

Here's a rule of thumb that I use when I grow indoor plants (not marijuana):

For the first ten days of 12/12 (flowering cycle for the beginners) I continue to use 2 tbs of Veg food. On the 11th day I use 1 tbs of Veg food and 1 tbs Flowering (Bloom) food. This will continue until about 10 days before harvesting when I'll use full Bloom food.

Good luck!

you want the temp to be between 75 and 80 during the day and a 10 f drop at night. how long did you veg it before flower? it looked pretty healthy to me. if you flower a clone right away youll only get 1 nice bud from it.

and no i didnt vegg it alot
due to the conditions it started flowering like a week after i got it
so i switched it to 12/12 lighting
every time it beomes 10:00 p.m. i turn off the light
and when i becomes 10 AM i turn on the lights
but i had a problem before about overwatering it
could this be from root rot?

You want a 10 degree drop at night? Huh? You mean somehow a plant's biology needs a ten degree decrease in temperature for optimal growth?

On a positive note, the 75 to 80 isn't wrong, for sure. However, a plant can (and most definitely will) grow optimally at lower and higher temperatures. It's a good general rule of thumb though.
