I have two question could i get a little help

Hello im a noobie and my plant is a month and a half old and I put it into flowering a week ago today. My first question is how long will it be before my plant starts showing a sex. And my second question is, is it normal for the leaves to not be as perky after starting 12/12 light rotation.

it can take a week or 3 to show sex depending
have the nodes started to alternate yet? they usually show sex around that time
less perky after 12/12 ? are you still giving them veg nutes?
i would at least for another few weeks those plants are going to stretch I hope you have room

That may be a single hair in pic 2 How many nodes she got? All these shots are from the canopy. Usually see signs in the 6th - 10th nodes. Yeah less perky is normal, but buckle up She's gonna take off in a week or so, for near a month. The infamous "stretch" period. She will double, or better, in size

I thought it looked a bit thirsty, too. And, absolutely continue some higher nitrogen into early flower. Good policy.

I was sure i answered this question once. lol i just dont know if you re posted or if you had more than one thread at the same time.


Your hydro system shouldn't shut off with the lights, like it is..
I'm pretty sure you fixed that problem earlier though.

Looks like to me its a female.. You can tell by that little white hair or hairs coming off your mainstem
