I hope I didn’t make a newb mistake...?

Will do today. Just received me fox farm soil. Still hestitant on transferring my seedling into a bigger jar of this soil due to people saying it’s to “hot” for seedlings. Should I wait another day or so or should I just stop being a bitch and just transfer it over to a bigger pot with the fox soil?

Well when the roots hit the fox farm you're not going to have any more deficiencies because it's a good soil LOL it might straighten it right out ?

I don't usually feed my seedlings in ffof for maybe a month, give or take they will tell you when their hungry, just make sure your pH you h20 it correctly.

FYI in another forum I did an experiment with Ffof, started feeding seedlings 25% GH Flora 1-1-1 from Start and the plants grew like crazy..!

That said, just recently I had one romberry seedling wither and die in ffof, however another romberry seedling right next to it flourished and is doing great so I suspect it wasn't the fox farm but I don't know for sure, might have hit a hotspot but it's the only seedling I've ever lost

Hi everyone just wanted some opinions on how you feel about my grow tent set up..
I have a 300 watt maxsisun LED
I have a 6inch fan
A 2x2x4 grown tent
Thermostat
And I just finished germinating my white widow and got it planted in a red solo cup last night. The humanity my tent was really low so I added a humidifier into my tent.
Also it’s been about 80 degrees in my tent
I have some pics!
UPDATE!
Seedling sprouted a couple of days ago she’s looking pretty healthy :)
I have some pics!
Before you see them I recently made adjustments that aren’t in the pictures. They white 6 inch fan I moved to be the exhaust fan on the top of the tent. And for that other big grey fan you see in the picture I had running as the intake but the speed even on its lowest was too strong and it was bringing the humidity down to 55% down from 69%\71% so I turned it off. The temp has been around 81. I wanted to know if my 300w led light was too far away? I didn’t measure it but it looks about 2ft away maybe a little more. Also is my plant looking normal for about 3 days after it sprouted? I’m
using a ph of 6.5.

Ok so I have another update ! About a week in and my baby is starting to look good.. I did notice some white fungus on my soil I believe I overwatered it last night won’t be doing that again. I was wondering if I should keep it in this soil until it dries some more or transfer it not to fox farm ocean soil?

Let it dry out. It will make it a lot easier to transplant. You want the seedling and dirt to come out of the cup. You can cut the cup down the side also to make it a little easier to transplant

If you are going from using Miracle Grow soil to Fox farm soil I suspect you might well shock your seedling out, i'd be careful how you proceed with that, i recently had a nightmare with soil bought where i am (didnt know it had slow release ferts inside and it f'd my seedlings up).

Back to good old coco coir for me. Also if your soil is too dry transplant will not so as easy unless the idea is to shake the soil off the seedling to transfer to fox farm soil...Either way, do it carefully and keep the pH levels in check on watering after transplant.

No I planned on leaving my seedling in the miracle grow till it hits its 2 week mark which is Thursday I believe. Would drying out the soil to shake off seedling be a good idea? Or should I just keep the soil regular which the miracle grow soil and transfer it over to a pot filled with fox farm? And my cup is designed to help make the transplant easier. I have a question how do you feel like my plant is doing ?

The less you manipulate the roots is usually for the best, transplant the whole thing I like to make it like mud and Transplant like that

.. some let it dry but to me that's like dry beach sand compared to wet beach sand, one's easy to almost make a mudball with ( ie. all sticks together well protecting the roots, minimizing transplant shock ), but the other just falls apart ..I'm just saying how I do it
-good luck

Update***
Just wanted to put a update on my white widow first grow! My baby is still under the same conditions it was before the 2x2x4 tent and a 300 watt. But I’ve listening to everyone’s advice and went ahead and got myself a quantum board and a bigger tent ( 27x27x63) that should be here by tomorrow! I just gave my plant it’s first nurtients feeding on Thursday and it looks like it’s loving it! I plan on transferrring it out the solo cup into a 5 gallon fiber pot of fox farm ocean soil on Monday and doing a clean ph balanced watering when everything comes in! Here are some pics this !

The nurtients I’m giving my plant at the moment are the fox farm trio pack( grow big, bloom, and tiger bloom) i have more nurtients on the way to my house should be here by Wednesday. Those nurtients are again fox farm products but they are the bush doctor kangaroots, flower kiss, bembe, sledgehammer, micro brew. I have been following the fox farm feeding amount guide but have been using half of the suggested amount !

I may have or may have not killed my seedling will trying to transplant it... it’s crazy everything was going so well till I tried to transplant my white widow in a 5 gallon pot. As I was removing it from the solo cup I tugged at it and I just saw a bunch ofroots in my cup .. so what did I do?& grabbed up all those roots in the cup and put it with my 5 galling fabric pot any hope?

Hey everyone just had a quick up date on my white widow! She’s now in week 4 and doing amazing :) here are some pics!... I had a quick question that may sound mad noob like from me but is my auto white widow in its flowering stage now ? I liked to spray some fox farm flower kiss on my plants every other day or so and it says I shouldn’t when it’s in flowering. Also I do have a scrog in my tent for my auto but the only reason was to move the top branch away from my small nodes so some light could hit the lower ones.

Definitely will bro! Thanks! I have noticed my white hairs turning brown at the tips. I thought it could be that my lights were to close so I moved it up and now it’s about 18 inches away and I’m hoping it will be ok.
