sounds to me like, you dont have any exaust or fresh air supply, your just blowing the hot air around, i had same problem, you need to supply fresh air from outside to the room and have a vent to blow it out, both supply and exaust vents need fans to push and pull air out and in. thats what i was told when i asked that exact question.

Well i hav 4 blowing on the plants and one sucking out at the top, so maybe i should put 2 blowing and 2 blowing on the plants?

thanks

Details of what you have would help and maybe some pictures. A picture is like a thousand words. You coudl view some PC grow journals to find out what others have done, kinda on your own. VV

From the sound of it, he needs some intake. that top fan is trying with all of its little might to vacuum pack the growspace. Be careful, your plants could grow inside out.

Try running a fan in as well as out. and 2 on the plants.

do you have a hole for air to flow in? Heres a tip, have the fan blowing air out on the way top, this is where the heat gthers as it rises to the top. When i add a fan inside my box the temp jumps up about 8F because instead of leaving the air to gather on top where it gets sucked out, that hot air gets blown back down towards the plants. There is a gently breeze inside from the 2 fans i have blowing air out but i dont have a fan inside blowing directly on the plants. Even so they have real thick stems.
Try avoiding those fans you have inside and see if the temps change. Also make sure you have a hole with no fan so air can be pulled in.

if your 70 hps is from like a security light
and has the ballast built in to its housing (so its all one unit)
making it a remote ballast might help with the heat...
