I have a patient that is on the fence about the strains I have to choose from. I can't seem to dial in the latest patients needs ...Glaucoma & Sciatica

Her Ocular pressure seems to be lessen and back pain relieved after using TGAs Jack the Ripper but tells me it's to strong. So, I am in a bit of a pickle seeing as I don't want to continue giving her something that she is not satisfied with. The other two strains she is absolutely put off by the strong "stinky" smell (OGPK and Northern Skunk)

She has a insanely sensitive gag reflex and just the smell of them makes her want to vomit (not really the goal)

I was researching some of the strains Bodhi has but, not finding a ton of info on the medical values.

anyone treating glaucoma or Sever Pain that has found a strain that works well for them? particularly one that is not related to Skunk or OG.. as mentioned before she can't handle them

Glaucoma no, severe pain yes.
I thought the Jack the Ripper was too much. Some of my other patients also said it was too strong. The rest love it, can't get enough of it. I am going to run a 10 pack and find a mother to use it for tincture and edibles. It is so strong and has high thc-v. If it helped your patient, but was too strong TGA's Cheese Quake was be perfect. You said not skunk related though, and the cheese is. A few of my other patients also loved Underground Originals Killer Skunk (skunk again, sorry) it is more of a blueberry, but excellent pain killer for those that like a very pleasant high. A few people told be their Blues is even better, so I just got some of those going.
Not trying to be funny, but Bob's THC-V strain that he has dialed in may be perfect also.
When you find what helps, let us know.

hold up, have you tried master kush?

Thanks guys

@ Glad I have to ask her but, I would think the Glaucoma relief would be top priority? although I can't imagine she wants the pain to be the trade off. I have mentioned Edibles to her but, IDK if she thinks she will trip out or something because she didn't want anything to do with them... after, I found it not the right time to bring up tincture lol. from what I have in my vault It's looking like A-TRAIN from THseeds is the only thing I have (non TGA) that is known for relieving Ocular pressure. surprised it's the only one I had...

@Beans That seems right up her alley for sure! never would have thought that would be something I was hunting ... a non to little smell strain LOL

@SenorBrownWater I'll have to drop some coin over at Sannies I know he has some higher CBD strains

Try a very small dose Simpson type capsule. Eating hash is very good for any eye pressure problems.

In the interest of medicine I ingested wwwwwaaaaaayyyy to much. The eyes where the first to go,flashes of color then a loss of focus.

Is the usual stuff to strong for her Sketchy?

i too was going to suggest an oil, that way she can control dosage size. I have been eating about 1/2 a gram a day of oil. Helps over the long run, but is very mild in the short. get basically zero heady (pretty good when smoked) and takes the sharp edge off to some extent, depending on the oil strength.

for glaucoma-

try jilly bean. subcools description lists it for eye probs.

it helps my eyes better than any other stuff ive ever tried. let it get to to full ripeness for no crazy sativa feeling.

also, the oil from it tastes like jellybeans. but tasting oil ever.

I will second what glad mentioned on the Master Kush. It's not at all a strong smoke, but it does a very good job at alleviating pain. Not sure if it would help with glaucoma, though.

I ran it in my garden for about a year and a half.

I just bought two master kushes. Pisces Genetics southern california master kush and cheese master. I first drop on the master kush sold out in a few minutes. DJ from canna collective held one off the second drop and emailed me. Then gave me a fucking discount on it!! Canna Collective has my business. And I can't wait for this master kush.

How long have you been letting your Jillybean go Murph? I just pulled my first run at 60 days, still letting it cure out some more before I try it. My pheno had a super sweet orange smell early in flower turning more oily greasy smelling on the end, curious to see how it finishes.

I had a power kush once but, no one like it.. compared to the rest. I'll have to give one of those MK strains a go. I do have Jilly Bean tho so, that could be a very good candidate.

Yes, Much to strong for her. I'll try and give it another go seeing as it's the best alternative for her atm. describe it's not as scary as she may think it will be. I didn't even think to tell her she can control dosages

60 days-

not enough. my pheno wasn't orange. VERY candy smell all the way through, and at the end, rose skunk, with a hint of assorted fruit candy smells. mostly rose skunk.

10 weeks for a very nice, upbeat, smilin buzz. at eight weeks youda thought you were in a stars wars movie. pure spacetruckin.

a good ripe jilly-

is so good for your eyes, when you smoke it, it turns the world to high definition. it's hard to explain, but it makes everything super vibrant and clear, and easy to see.

everyone would notice it, it's very pronounced. also, it makes you smile like a kid.
