Anybody tried these guys out? Huge selection, just about everything looks to be in stock. Can't find a thread on here on them. Anybody vouch for this bank?

It's not the money, it's more of - am I going to receive what I ordered?
I'm sure they will send seeds, is it the right genetics is what concerns me.

I've been using James bean seed company for years. I love em, always get what you order and very quickly( 4-5) days.

I just can't waste an outdoor season on unproven genetics, I don't mind experiments in my indoor grows but my outdoor has to be mold resistant and can handle highs in low one hundreds with major humidity in August and lots of rain and cold temps in blooming in October.

Youll find ILGM on most of the "best seed banks" lists.
I bought a variety pack from ILGM for my first seeds. Bruce Banner, Skywalker OG, and Black Widow. The black widow was a little touchy and didnt turn out super well with the same nutrient level as the other 2, but the BB and SW og were both great hearty genetics that surprised me with their end result.
While its not the most amazing genetics out there, youll get what you pay for and their prices are very reasonable.
I liked them enough that I have the skywalker and BB going as seedlings again so I can clone them to start my next crop.
When they were fresh I got near 100% germ rate, after they sat in a jar for a year, I did have some that didnt pop. Theyre pretty good about sending you new ones if you have an abnormally high failure rate from the pack you get.

I had horrible luck with them. I bought a bunch of stuff on sale, and it all had very low germination rates. I contacted them saying I thought the seeds were old, and explained my issues, and got no help. Basically a "too bad"! The few I did grow were crap...If I recall, I had ordered white widow, bubble gum, and some others...It all sucked. And it's all their own genetics. they don't have other breeders seeds. This was 2 years ago so maybe they have improved...maybe not.

Three are much much better places to buy seeds, IMHO!

Try this place..I just ordered from them via credit card and they shipped the same day, and they have some great genetics. Mass medical, Katsu seeds, and more.

Thanks, that's what I was assuming..just needed it confirmed. Way too many strains that are out of stock in the usual seed banks I use and this company has em all in stock.

I actually grew mass medical last year, it was killer but couldn't handle the horrible September we had..it rained 15 or 16 times that month and there was no sun. Every medium sized cola and larger got mold and I ended up with 2 lbs, should have had 10 lbs. It was my worst outdoor harvest in 15 years.

I know. The time and effort is the lost, not the $10 seed. You’ve been at it a while. What’s your favorite bank?

My favorite the last few years is James Bean, so fast and never had a problem. I used Herbie's and attitude before that.. I'm all about American banks and avoiding customs, I live in Chicago.

I'm always open to trying out somebody new though if enough people vouch for em.

I'm gonna try out this new site I stumbled upon called seed cellar, out of Michigan.

I'm thinking this could be a great outdoor strain this year.

Last summer was a bad year in the northeast, for sure. I had a very small outdoor crop too...and it just wasn't very good. In fact I gave the entire crop to my bro. Lets hope this one is better!!

I used Herbie’s before ILGM. My grows are better with IGLM but probably more to do with experience and better lights. Silver LA looks good.

With global warming we get significantly more precipitation than years past, we've got fuckall for snow this year, maybe 6" total..but plenty of rain.

It used to be drought in late July to late August ..now we've got heavy rains all summer long and the fall is twice the amount of rain as normal. If we get a bad September I'll make a couple hoop houses with 1" pvc and plastic to let em finish up dry.

You in the US?
i forgot that part in mine! Im in the US.
They were shipped fairly quick, i want to say I had them in about a week. Just came in a small yellow envelope from CA.
The credit card payment was a bit of a hassle though. It charged through somewhere in europe or china i think? I had to deal with a fraud alert and getting the card company to lift a block before they could charge my card.

Ive never tried them but I know for a fact the pay people and give people free seeds to promote their company. I prefer companies that rely on word of mouth for marketing. If you have to pay someone to promote your product, its probably not the best.
