How do people grow so big in red party cups without the roots growing crazy out the bottom I have roots coming out and it's only just starting it's third set of leaves

Just wanting to give another shout out to you guys and all that helped me this seeding that was such a pain to start and didn't start out too well and looked kinda sickly but she has now grown up a bit with a couple small issues but it is maybe the bushiest plant for the height Iv grown so far
Sorry for the crappy photo I was going to take another but my phone died before I could so thank you guys that believed in me and gave me some helpful advice

It's kinda hard to say because of the lighting but I think I see purple stems? You should probably transplant to a bigger pot with some fresh soil...

She has had purple stems her whole life it's only just now starting to go lighter

And Iv got big pots and soil ready for her she should be in them by the end of the week my conditions just haven't been great lately I had to scrap my proper grow room due to legal issues and have had to revert back to the cupboard I started in

md remember when i said mabay a few of my plants might have been affected by the male had in my room ......well good news from 4 plants 16 oz dry and not a seed to b found
