They are not flowering. Those hairs are just the plants showing sex. It's a female.
Continue to veg the plant out to fill your space.
If it is indeed flowering then you have an auto.

So, I want to add something here. But before I do, I need to ask...is this an auto flower or a photoperiod? Autoflowers don't care about cutting a light schedule. In fact, some growers leave the light on all the time. If you're at 18-6 then leave it. That plant is not big enough yet, and it needs to continue its vegatation stage. If its a photoperiod...meaning that its a regular seed, then you would have to change the light schedule to 12 12 before the plant would flower at all. I suggest reading the difference between the two so you don't screw things up. Trust me...leave the light on for now until you understand what you are seeing.

They were bagged seeds i had. Started growing Nov 13, 2020. Came across a few problem, got them back on track. Actually i was doing 24/0. I've tied this plant down with LST. So can i add more light right now or continue with my 160w led bulbs. I did just put the 1000w light up to fill my girls out. They are 9 weeks old. How much longer should i keep them in 18/6? I will start 18/6 until i flip to 12/12!!

OK so, you've probably got photoperiod seeds. You'll know what they are if you leave them on light schedule 18-6 for a couple of months, and they do, or do not flower. Photoperiod plants will not flower on this light schedule. The idea is to run them in the veg stage for a couple of months at least, and then when you've got a nice big bush, you play mother nature and lower the light schedule to 12-12. This tells the plant that the days are getting shorter and it's time to flower. Keep me posted... and good luck.
