I need help

I am trying for my first time to grow indoors... I just got my medical
marijuana card... Butt I dont know if I wanna just plant 6 or what...
In Colorado we can only have 6 plant and up to 3 flowering...bogess I know!!! any way heres what it is I want to make the most as possible from what I have.... If you can please help me I would greatly appreciate it...
so heres what I have ....
1: I have a hole room I can devote for my plants....oder is nott an isue...
2: 1.~ 65w cfl flood light(from home depot ,lights of amirica $40.00)
3: 2.~hydrofarm T5`s 1 foot long with reflectos they came with ...$45.99 each aboute $100.00 for both with taxes.
4: 1 .~28w flour. aquarium light I got from my closet who knows where from???
5: 3. ~ 8 w mini flouros I got at Target Ithink I got robbed on that on I paid $16.00 for those
6: 2 desk lamps with 2 tubes each ... who knows what voltage
7: 1 big bag of fox farm soil ($17.99)
8: dr.hornbys iguana poop veg botle and flower botle one of each (aboute $50.00 together)
9: some B1 vitamin they sold me for who knows what...($10.00)
10: 1. 3 in 1 light,ph,and water meter ...($15.00)
11: 3 . timers 2 analog 1 digital....(goodwill $15.00all 3)
12:1. complete roll of mylar($20 )
13: 2. computer fans(got them from some broken pc dont know what kind of fans they r.
14: I currently have a 1000w sun sytem ll on lay away with balats and reflector
and a 1000w hotilux bulb (total price will be $150.00 is this worth getting???)


can you please help me make the best with this stuff???
sorry for my spelling my main language is spanish and I cant find help in it...
I have been reading a lot I think I understand the basics butt just dont know how to make the best of these materials...do I have enough lights for 6 plants with only 3 flowering at a time ??? can I do it with out that 1000w hps??? I also have a small aeroponic system I got from the infomercials
called aerogarden for $150.00+tax will this system work for some small plants will they flower in that thing ???

pix would help. i have a friend who grows two monsters per 1k, and pulls a pound per plant every time.

i'd stay away from the small aero thing, as your plant count means you need size that matters....

check into dwc. as for hte price of the light, that's pretty darned good most are more than that.
