I freak out because even tho i started growing late shouldnt nature take its cource and tell my plant there isnt alot of sun left so start flowering? or should i just put it inside my house for 12hrs?

if you bring it in, you will bring in bugs.

when did you bring it outside? flowering can take some time to show its first signs. The plant has to change its hormone output. bringing it in now depends on where you live

Bringing a plant in afte rit's grown outdoors is never a good idea. It's metabolism is set for the amount of light it gets grom the sun. Puting it under a weaker light source will shock it and cause alot of other crap.

Here's something that will help accelerate the flowering: banana, apple and cucumber peels. All of these eliminate ethylene, a substrnce which forces any plant to maximize it's flower or fruit production. (Ever noticed that fruit spoils faster around bananas?) This trick also works if you want to raise your chances of getting a female from a regular seed by 10-25%.

Either put the banana peels in the ground or on the soil. Either way is fine, because the roots can absorb ethylene. I'd personally put them on the soil, if there's no wind, that way the ethylene can reach the leaves faster.

if its only 16" tall cover it with a garbage can or something else lightproof for 12hrs a day to force it to flower. you might not be getting enough darkness in your area.
