Adding UV-B lighting when plants are in flower is a good thing to do. It will increase resin and THC production. If you are in flower, then it is beneficial.

If not, if there are any positives or negatives of using UV-B lighting along with other lighting while in the vegetative stage of growth I cannot say because I have never read anything about it from a credible source.

My guess is that since you are using 6500K lighting you are vegging so I cannot tell you what to do that is factual, but maybe someone else can.

I know from experience that plants prefer the "sunshine" (5000k) bulb but they'll still grow under the daylight. Not sure if that'll help, though.

cool thank you ..another question if you don't mind ,sorry.
what does it mean when you tips start losing color like yellowish

It can be as simple as the plants need to be fertilized and then there is a long list of possible other causes, some in combination with others.

Have you been fertilizing and if so with what and how much and how often?
