use a daylight spectrum and get the highest wattage possible. or maybe even 2 depending on how big you want it.

when i first started to grow, i must of watched about 4 different videos and browsed these boards for months before i even started my first grow, how do people expect to just post a thread and learn everything, google is key, you can find any answer on google.

well this is my second grow, my first one is 18days old 5inches with its forth set of leave but is low on nitrogen beacausse of the soil i got was crap and im thinking i didnt use enough light, i used two 75watt cfls equvilant to 18 watts each so now i jus want to get one bulb so its less trouble

yo get 4- 23w cfls warm white use "Y" connectors to hook em up

the more light the better, use the "daylight" for vegging and the "soft light" for flowering.

u can cover more area on a plant with more bulbs positioned properly, smaller bulbs
