So I just picked up Emerald Harvest Cali-pro A+B, King Kola, Emerald Goddess, and Honey Chome. I wanted to see some pictures of grows that have utilized this combo and if anyone has tips or lessons learned, I'd love to get a jump on that. I will be switching to flower shortly(once my order arrives) and was curious about the possible yield increase. Quality is more appropriate

Thanks in advance

Edit: yield increase changed to the potential level of quality.

Imo nutrient brands/lines aren’t even near the top factor of yield But best of luck
Fair enough, I guess yield is too subjective. I'm looking for opinions on the brand's quality more so than just the quantity. Thanks for pointing that out though.

Not at all, you're good, it's a good point in that yield is more secondary to quality for me. I'm not expecting pounds and pounds but I want the quality to be there. I've never grown with a real purpose before I joined RIU.

Same quality as 90% of the other brands out there. The ingredients they use come from the same chemical factories as the ingredients others use. They don't make monopotassium phosphate, potassium nitrate, magnesium sulfate, etc... They buy the same stuff from the same distributors and mix it to the formulation they want.

Products like Honey Chome are just sugar water marketed to cannabis growers because they're the only group of growers that will pay for bottles of sugar water.

Best thing you can do is learn the basics of plant nutrition and then start reading labels. You'll soon realize that inexpensive fertilizers like Jacks or Maxibloom are basically the same stuff just much cheaper and don't come in a half dozen bottles. Most people that take the time to educate themselves ditch the overpriced cannabis specific nutrients and additives once they realize they're paying more for the fancy bottle with a shiny label and cool name than they are for what's inside the bottle which is mostly water.

In all fairness, I didn't really look too hard and did more of a comparison of their reviews as a quick means of knowledge gathering. My mentality going in was something is better than nothing(obviously there are exceptions), worst case it's a learning lesson and I had a friend that was paying for it in order to repay a bet. I just needed to leave that session having made the purchase. Definitely appreciate the feedback and i'll get to learning up on all the nutrients in more detail. Thanks xtsho
