That dog looks healthy. Beautiful black sheen to its coat. Those Labradors have the nicest temperament of all dogs IMO ... I can see why you wanted it. lol

I actually want a Pedigree cat but in this city people will just steal it. I want a British blue-shorthair but because they cost at least £350 or $600, there is a big incentive for someone unscrupulous to take it and sell it on ebay.

dude honestly i didnt even want it, because im moving soon and didnt want the extra stress so i was just going to give it to a rescue.. and that pic was took after i gave it a bath.. treated its fleas and all. as soon as i got it home it got a bath, i didnt want that thing on anything in my place it was just covered in grime and fleas and nastyness. now he wont leave me alone and hes carrying the food bowl around

I have 2 dogs and i rescued my black lab... I found him on the side of the highway so took him and gave him a home you never know maybe homeless guy left the dog there to rot and i found him. I 100% agree on the action he did , if a homeless guy cant feed himself or take care of himself. Why would a animal have to suffer for. Im a big animal lover and there fore i agree with you

while a dog can be cheap to keep fed.. or easy to keep fed, what happens when it gets sick and noone can afford the vet bill.

exactly... my best friend right now is my dog gibson hes a lab/chow and hes about 4-5 months old now.. hes not even that good of a dog, but hes learning.. but hes my buddy

I agree with you. If the animal can't afford to be fed or properly cared for (health-wise and other) then it doesn't belong in that situation.
However, what I don't agree with is that just because he can't take care of himself, he can't take of his dog. Which is all I'm really arguing at this point.

My family is all about Maine Coon cats. My parents have two, my sister has one, my cousin has one, my uncle has another, and another uncle has another. It all started with the original one my parents bought (Thomas). They're the biggest and nicest cats in the world.
We had dogs when I was growing up, so I love both cats and dogs.
Sadly I can't have any pets in my apartment... so no cat or dog for me
