I think I may have over watered my plant

Okay, so I watered my little plant today, enough to flush through the pot. Before I did this, this plant looked fine, no drooping, and I felt the soil up to my first knuckle and it felt dry, aswell as having not watered in 3-4 days, so I though I'd be okay. I watered and left for work, and got back and she was looking all droopy, and it's really worrying me. I am running 3xCFL 23watt 5000k bulbs in an 18/6 cycle. I have a pc fan wired to an ac adapter for airflow, as it is a relatively small grow space.

This is what she looked like yesterday:

And now this is what she looks like now :( :

Somebody please tell everything will be okay

Yes I have a bunch of drainage holes, when I watered I flushed it through. And I wont be watering until she hopefully comes back to me... Does she look like she's gonna make it?

Id get it in a real pot soon, you would be suprized how many roots that little plant has,and thats a very not good shape to start rootbounding in,if it was in good pot like gallon or 2,u wouldnt have over watered it,lol, other then that it looks fine, itll be back to norm in day or 2

So I'm really starting to worry. There is some redness coming through on my stems, the main stalk is turning red towards the top and they're still pretty droopy :(
the leaves still look nice and green, and they aren't wilting, just drooping, as are the stems coming out of the main stalk.

Be sure to mix about a tablesppon of dolomite lime per gallon of potting mix to help buffer the pH of the soiless mix...ProMix has alot of peat moss in it which is acidic and only gets more acidic the more it decomposes.

Keep pH of plain water and your nute solution between 6.0 and 6.5

Keep ppms/EC low,like 500 to 600ppm/1.0 to 1.3 EC
