I would like to start a Group for growers like me that are new to the game and are just trying to get some personal smoke for free without having to buy that dirt sold on the street that they call marijuana, full of seeds and is never as good as marijuana that is given good treatment and care and cured correctly. Anyways. I am new to growing, have been smoking for over 10 years but I wanted to study growing books, articles, threads, websites, etc. Before I attempted to grow. I have a very short (about 12" tall) but bushy (about 7 inches wide) plant that I am very proud of, grown under my free 70 watt HPS and 15 watt (900 Lumens a piece x 3 =2700 lumens (6700 K for vegging) and my 70 watt hps (6300 lumens but at 2700 K used for flowering. This combo seems to work well both in veg light schedule and the flower light schedule.
Here are pictures of a plant grown with only a 70 watt HPS and 1 42 watt CFL! Three weeks into flowering.
