Ok...so my cool tube is coming on monday. And i just ordered my 6" inline fan, big bloom, cha ching, stick and peel tarp zipper and my 6" to 5" duct reducer. My cool tube is 5"...go figure.

Anyway..I have an intake at the bottom of the door(100cfm inline fan)..and i want to pull the air through my cool tube..so..would it be ok to just put ducting from the cool tube to the fan...then ducting to my door? or is this too much ducting? My 6" inline fan is a 470cfm fan.

The ducting shouldn't be a problem if laid out properly but the smaller fan may. Leave it out of the picture unless it's a really long run and you've noticed a substantial loss in air flow, otherwise it just restricts the bigger fan.

The better solution I think would be passive intake with a carbon filter (optional) -> fan -> light -> exhaust ducting. But if you had to use the smaller fan it should come last. You could still leave the smaller fan in place unconnected from the duct or find another use.
