I have gotten a horrible lung infection from that very thing. Very, very unpleasant

If you actually suck it in your lungs you may get lucky and cough it up but most likely will set up infection.

Don't draw so hard on the pipe next time.

lil bit of resin build up will stop blow back(well with most pipes anyway). obviously its not that great for you, it will just collect in mucous and eventually be expelled.. just like everything else
