If she was yours, How would you increase your end yield LST or HST her from here?

Can we see a pic of the plant that shows all the nodes clearly so I can see what you mean exactly?

The initial pic was a side shot. I really wanna see the shoots coming out from both sides so I can see where is best to top.
So you know I have topped it before on the highest point as you’ll see, Circled in red. Then when I tied it down the zip tie I thought about making the side shoot circled in blue another main. I could be making a mistake but that’s why I’m here asking. If you need more pictures let me know. Much appreciated

You could just tie it down more instead. Make the tallest branches lower than the ones you wanna make bigger.

Why top if you are going to lst?
Topping stunts growth up top so the side branches can catch up to also become "Main tops" I just chopped a plant that I topped 22 times all around it. So now that they are hanging.. they are all in a V shape.. making it that much easier to hang. 22 branches topped into 2 colas each = 44 colas hanging. Just an FYI tho.. there isn't much of a difference in the topped vs not topped branches. Not topped = fatter top buds. My clones are now all LST'd and stripped of all bud sites that aren't on top. Only straight colas on those. 4 weeks of flower and they are bulking up nice and frosty.

I like to top for four, let them grow a bit then tie them toward the opposite ends of the pot, exposing all the lower nodes. Then a week later top everything that is at a set height. From then I just top something that is getting ahead of the rest. Normally that would be a lower node that wasn't big enough to top on the last pass.

When just topping I find that you end up with a taller V shaped plant, it's good if you were running say 6 plants in a 4x4. With a little lst it gives a wider plant, it works well if you are trying to fill a 4x4 canopy with 4 plants. Both ways play equally well if you put a scrog net over at the right time. It will control some stretch, while filling out the canopy, but the best part is an easy way of bud support. Beats the shit out of tying things up.
