If you have used HPS, CDM and Cobs which one will you recomend and why?

I recommend CDM over Hps from a personal experince. I just fired up my 400w CXB3950 a week ago in a 4x4 tent and I think 200w CXBs are as bright as a single 315w CDM, but dont take my word on the CXBs I've only used em for a week to grow my male plants and I like the results so far.

DE HPS is very cheap watt per money.
It's also very efficient.
CMH is somewhat more expensive per watt.
Since the bulb provides a significant amount of UV-B, weed tends to have a higher THC content under the CMH. (THC is like a natural sunblock for the plant)
COBs are the most efficient but also the most expensive.
Do you really need the efficiency? Often people want LED now because it's the future, but in 2 years things will be cheaper/better right now it's very expensive. (Although way cheaper than before)
You can always provide UV in HPS/LED grows by way of UVB T5 tubes.
Also I have a feeling that the Quantum board will be a step back to PCBs again.
Spreading out the heat sources makes cooling simpler, and heat sinks are currently a very big part of the cost in a COB build. (actually more expensive than the COBs themselves)
