I'll be leaving...

I'll be planting a few ice at the beginning of next month (this is the best time possible, for me), and leaving for the last week.. a full seven days.. would my babies be alright without being attended for 7 days that early in the growth cycle?

Depends how your growing them really, assuming pots of soil, a week is probably too long.

And don't forget to put the light far enough away so they have room to grow without getting burnt.

I think heat has a bit to do with it as well...

I'm using CFL's, in summer when the temp was 28/29c my plants would have struggled alone for a week, but now I'm in winter the temp is 21c and they'll go a week without water no worries.

ya like the previous posts said make sure your light is a reasonable distance away because once they grow they might get burnt...
but how are you going to be watering them...??
