He only said that no one was allowed to grow anymore due to a new change. I wouldn't consider him a credible source, fortunately I've found nothing online about this so I just had to check with ya'll. They are already bad enough! Here in Colorado we can pay an extra $50 for an extended 24 plant count during our medical card appointment.

Nah, I would have heard that. Our 5 plant limit is pretty severe, but we get by with what we got for now. Hopefully we can make a push next year for some fresh looks at the law.

I wonder what they are charging for medical patients nowadays. I've read only one patients experience - around $700 for a 3 year period.
Is the $200 violation fine for 5 plants, or only 4? I remember reading it and it seemed unclear.

Med card is 250 for 3 years and whatever your doctors fees are too . Med patients can have 5 plants, non-medical growers is a $200 fine if caught.

With medical card, you can grow upo to 5 plants and keep the harvest.

With no medical card, $200 civil fine for up to 5 plants however.... the minute you harvest more than 30 grams, you're in violation of possession limits and penalties are harsh.

The law accounts for this and allows for medical patients to possess "more than 30 grams if it is grown and secured in the residence."

Southern IL reporting in. Those dispensary prices have kept me away. This is an awesome hobby.

If you are buying in Chicagostan or Crook County, an additional 30-40% or so in taxes are added...on top of the weed price of $65 an 1/8th.

Let's also not forget that on top of possession, they may try to pop you with processing---additional felony charges for anyone without a medical card, grow license or infuser license.

And butane or similar gases will get you felony charges as well --- including medical card holders. Only commercial licenses can use butane or similar for extractions.

No big deal for me though. I never had a taste for BHO.

So, I took down the feminized purple plant and the seeds were small, white, underdeveloped.

The good news is, I washed the plant before I put it in the flower tent but, there must have still been some active pollen on it and i pollinated the lower branches of a feminized OG Kush. Hmmm, OG Kush Fem x Purple Haze Fem pollen? Seeds are big, black, healthy.

Yeah, I'm gonna grow some of them out just to what I've got. Haha.

My experience with weed took about a 30 year gap. Someone with more recent experience than mine confirmed with words and smile that the haze was, "solid," even tho i think i harvested too early. it's creeper. about 20 minutes in, you realize, "wow, i'm fuckin' high". after that you want to clean the house. the kush comes on faster and is stonier.

All weed is good these days. I can't image that OGKxPH won't do the job just fine...

Chicago here, I grow outdoors in will county every summer at a friends property 45 minutes south of me.. The borers have gotten worse every year the last 6 or 7 years it's been cutting my harvests in half.

Not sure how they could even get in your house, Here in the city the states attorneys office won't. Sign off on searches for heroin and crack when theres 40 people lined up outside the house. I bonds for shooting people..I wouldn't worry about ever getting popped for weed in cook county..even if ya had 300 plants.
