Man, I'm sorry lmfao I'm hi agian... Ya well if ur just startin' and she just sprouted you need to get some 26w CFL (100w equivalent) in a 6500k, and get about 4 to start. Then as time progresses you will need to broaden your spectrum by adding some 2700k (RATIO: 2-6500k to 1-2700k for veg and opposite for flower) Hope this helps...GL

and here's 21 to 25 days from sprout, after transplanting...4 Blue Rhino...

i have done all mine on 23w 5000k and a few 23w 2700k
seed out of ground feb 1
first one is a pic of day 4
2nd is day 11
3rd topped at day 14
4th and 5th day 20
last is close to what my lights look like i tweaked them to get more light and turned some y's to get light down the side of the plant.

For OP no one 13w cfl will not be enough. For a seedling i would use a minimum of one 23-26w 5000k-65000k for the first week. Then you need like 100-150w for each plant to continue with vigorous growth! Good luck
