I'm firing up the smoker today!

Deep fried steak and chicken wings is as far as ill go. Or some duck fat fried fench fries. I hear ya brother, id rather eat broccoli than breaded nuggets anyday. But when its good, a slice of fatty brisket is what the dr. ordered. Just gotta do 10 more crunches ;)
I will admit that the duck fat sounds interesting. I've never even heard of that before.
 
Shit man. Have you ever heard of foie gras? Now thats an even richer treat than duck fried potatos. Seared goose liver with strawberry confit in white wine and sugar, with croustinis. Pack your bags for flavor town.
I like a thin slice of duck liver pate on a blue rare tenderloin.

Nope, never heard of that either. Just Googled it though. Looked up duck fat too. Kind of expensive. May buy a jar though to make my wife some fries.
 
Taters fried in chicken fat are pretty damn tasty as well.

I like to buy whole chickens and debone them. Then I render the fat from all the left over parts in a stock pot. Pour off the fat and make stock outta all the brown bits. I end up with a bowl of clear chicken fat and a pot full of bad ass home made chicken stock.
 
Omg if youve ever sat down to a gold spoon and a pound of beluga caviar youd know how addictive it can be. Even if your poop is green the next day ;)

My dad had business in Russia before and brought back a small jar that he was gifted by a client.

It was the 80’s, and the retail value of said jar was 200 bucks or something.

Anywho - fucking yum!

I like fish eggs too! Salmon roe, flying fish roe.

I love quail eggs.

Effffff ya, chicken fat for roux is so good for cookin with too.
