Yesir! I'm more less trying to acquire all information as possible on outdoor growing before I take the plunge. Thanks for all the useful knowledge. 11 and a half oz. is good for 4 plants dude! So did you veg them for 2 months before transplanting to get those yeilds? Just trying to figure out what to expect. I have 12 acres of private woods I can grow in but I'm probably not going to be able to visit the sites too often because it's my parents place and there's no way they can find out. Seems I'm am going to have to tend to them in secret when the opportunity presents itself. Soap idea is rather interesting, especially because I'm going to need an animal deterant that will remain for weeks at a time rather than having to piss around them every couple days. Thanks for the support guys.
It was 11.5 ounces off 8 plants actually.. 4 plots (2 per plot)... but the 2 in one location only ending up giving me about 3/4 oz... so really it was about 11 ounces from 6 plants... Pretty good, but i've had much larger yields... I always hoped to one day get to a 1lb per plant average, but weather conditions just don't permit that here...

I've never vegged a plant indoors to grow outdoors... I've only germinated and popped in the soil.. This would be my first year of trying an indoor veg before outdoor growing, due to the fact I have the proper lighting to do so now...

Parents land... ehh... Be smart... make sure it is hidden well... Not only so they don't see them, but so they don't get busted for having them on their property... If it were me (my parents were cool), i'd just throw it by them and see what they say... Worst case scenario, you can still do it, just gotta be careful... sneak out at night to water/check on them...

Just don't tell your friends what you're doing... trust me, you'll get ripped off... i have a story posted on here somewhere (toke 'n talk) i believe about a good friend that ended up stealing one crop from me many years ago... and got busted in the same location the following year, by me...

Yea.. a pound per plant would be outrageous! Well they are private woods so nobody roams around them including my parents so I figured they would be safe as long as I scatter them out. Asking them for permission is far out of the question there's no way in hell that conversation would be a pleasent one.. I'm going to scout for some locations after this snow clears up. Just got 18 in. Snow is a pain in my ass its a damn shame it's so beautiful.

you cant cut clones after you harvest, i would cut them now and you are going to have to reveg them if the plant is already in flower. threw them under 24hr light
sure you can, lots of people reveg their plants after harvest. its kind of a waste of time imo(your case its a lil different, revegging just may be the answer to your situation) since you should just get the clones from the plant at harvest time and not wait 3-4 weeks for the new mother to reveg and get big enough to even cut clones from, u are better off using that time on some fresh clones rooting and then re-vegging(despite popular belief, it is NOT true that clones cut from a vegging plant root faster, clones from flowering root faster. (try it out if you dont believe me, you'll see) revegging the clones is what takes the most time.

Wow thankyou for this information man, everything I've read thus far seems to contradict it tho I do believe you know what you're talking about.

we'll be sharing the same weather relatively next season so lets hope its another sunny summer! i'll definitely keep an eye on this one.

If you can't visit the plants often I would suggest making a good soil mixture including guano, worm castings, bone meal, blood meal, lime, and some gravel or perlite depending on your ground moisture. That way the plants will have enough nutrients to last them throughout the season with only water. All you have to do is trim em once and then come back at harvest time.

I'm about to order a MH ballast to start vegging next years crop.

Me too, I'm right on the PA/MD line pretty much. Are you a woods grower? Deer are rather abundant around my grow space and im worried about them eatin up all my shit.. My main strand I will be growing is lemon skunk btw. I hear plants can get pretty big by harvest with PA's climate.
Hey Stanky, here's a couple of pix of my Lemon Skunk from GreenHouse Seeds. Very tasty & very, very SLOW. Mine germed 4/4, harvested 11/18.
Good luck & good grow.......BBbongsmilie

BTW i'm on a patio grow in CA - latitude 38

Good job man, thanks for the pics! I'm pretty sure mine are from a holland seedbank though so they might be slightly different genetics.

Even if this was the case, wouldn't that just mean they would have more time to flower and squeeze out all the extra resin? They'd still get monstrous either way.

Hey man a lot of people do it like that. If you aren't trying to hide the plants then its the way to go. I'm in NC so we aren't that far away as far as climate.....I started in May this past season and had some go over 9 foot with lots of topping and training. If you can get by with big 6'x6'x6' bushes then gopher it

no it means the plant would flower sooner than expected reducing the yeild,
big difference see last year i put some 1 month old plants out in april and they started flowering so they were flowered and i only got a couple of ounces off each plant when i wanted them to be 1 month old in april go outside veg til august then flower for 2 months and get fat plants,

see big difference lol

Yea I see what you mean. I will just have to find out the daylight hrs for april in PA so I can veg them on the same time interval that way once I put them out the days will only get longer until they are supposed to flower.
