I don't think it's a good idea to get even a little bit drunk if she's having these problems.. she might end up liking the effects alcohol has on her situation and turn in a full blown alcoholic.

yeah that will probably make an already shitty situation much worse.don't drink when your feeling like this. ur current situation will take some getting used to but it will pass, really it will.

i did drink and have a smoke a while back.. it helped that i had some company.. though it was the greatest company it did the do at the time.

if i sit down it's even worse.. cuz that's when i start to go nuts.. next time i smoke.. next time.. i'm gonna take all the advise ya'll gave up.. relax and toke it up with some friends..

at least i'll be in company and freak them out if anything does happen.. lol

that'll be a good trip for them.. haha
