You will never want to use Nirvana because they are one of the worst seed banks. You want to stay away from Seed banks in the Netherlands because the post office will get suspicious of a little package from the Netherlands. If you are in NY then use Dr.Chronic because it has a very short way to go and less hands in falls into.
Also if you are a little paranoid then use a prepaid credit card so there are no traces. You can get them at any grocery store or connivence store. The highest they go up to is $100 and if you go over the $100 limit you could always buy two cards and place two different orders.

Use Hempdepot.ca. I just used them two weeks ago. It took eight days for me to get my package from the day I sent my money order (has to be an international money order). The owner, Brad, kept up constant email contact with me throughout the entire process. They come from Canada so much safer than the Netherlands. Especially to NY. The package was VERY discrete, almost comical. I ordered the Astro Queen from TGA. There were 10 seeds for $70. So far 9 out of 10 have sprouted and are doing great. Hope this helps.

happened to me with the same people but check out the pros please and do yourself a favor growhigh.com and they dont give a crap how you pay they cant keep up with every credit card in the world and trust me i spend,check it out hell call them there very pleasant.

for real saftey use hide my ip program to hide your internet location my address changes every 1 minute if you really care that way you could be anywhere mine says im in china !
