Got a molar pulled.big nasty motherfucker I broke on a kalamata olive pit..
After stabbing me with what obviously was an iron pole, cut at an angle and sharpened to function as a syringe(for real, this fuck put 3in of 16guage ALL THE WAY IN MY JAW) I waited for over an hour to get it pulled,as a device went down and had to be repaired, almost had to reschedule..
So after ratcheting my tooth out,and ruining my entire evening,I get 8x 10mg lortabs, and sent on my way.
Now many of you may know I had a kungfu match with the dragon, and got lucky,to which I know, and haven't touched opiates in years(@10 if my memory is right)for this reason...
Good thing.cause they don't work for me any more.

How can I still feel pain,no buzz,no euphoria,no happy warm, yummy feeling..with no food and 20mg of lortab after ten years of abstinence..
I recount my atheism.
There is a god,and he hates me with a throbbing passion I suspect.
An entire anticipated evening...down the shitter.
Oh well. Least my tooth problems are on the better path.

How much drugs are normally doled out for this procedure ,given normal situations?

Its crazy all the back and forths on the subject of scripts are..
My pharmacist, who's a childhood friend, said drs and dentists are the same..one writes scripts like crazy, others give least possible and say they're a humane person...my friend who came over later said his dentist hands him the FULL BOTTLE,seal around the top..well,he did when he had a tooth pulled..any how,I'm beginning to think its my hippyish appearance...or location..not like I'm hunting pills,I'm just being observant..when I got burned in Oklahoma, I got 80x tens, and in 4 days, was able to get that again!..I know dylans prophecy, but really, with the variations all over,I have to ask myself are the drs concerned for the patients or their own ass...
Too scared to care.
What a shame.

The dea ruled like 15 yrs ago that doctors should be able to prescribe high dose opiates long term for pain management patients as a quality of life issue without danger of loosing their liscense , all that changed as of 10/01/2014 .

The dea has now reversed their position in order to put in check the massive pharmaceutical addiction rates in the US , which is stupid , all the new decision did was take working class folks who were able to be functioning addicts & turned many to spend entire salaries on black market opiates or jump up to heroin .

This isnt just another everything leads to heroin post its for real & an issue i speak about with our pain management doctors regularly.

A script of 10x10/325 norco is a slap in the face for a dental surgery such as you had .

Before the dea's new ruling my pain doc would write me 3 months worth of pre dated scripts for oxy , daudid & roxy , now i gotta go every month just to say hello & talk about his family over in syria , no reason at all to examine me so we bs for 15 minutes before i get my scrits , not a quack doctor either , he's the top rated spinal surgeon in my state .

Im one of the lucky patients who didnt get fuked over by the new ruling , he has patients with seriuos pain issues where he can only give them 10 mg norco a day when they should be on 90 mg roxy minimum , its a fuked deal & its only gonna get worse .

Who even wants to be on that anyways. Its cheaper to buy em on the street than pay to go to the doctor. I have always turned down anything less than 10mg nor and even if I am in pain they are gone quick because tolerance is a bitch even after 7 years since being on the good shit and then canna has always worked better considering considering opiate tolerance and withdrawl creates its own pain. Pain is underated. If it were not for the severe pain that I have endured and maybe somewhat enjoyed, pleasure would not feel as nearly blissful.

But I'm speaking for just a patients point of view..8 pills for a huge extraction? I mean..average Joe can't be properly taken care of because the Dr is scared of big brother?
I mean, yea I'd have loved another 8,as I'll probably need them..instead,I get to drink codiene if its too bad and I run out.cause they LOAD the kids up on syrup every winter.
I'm not trying to be or get high, that is/was an expected side treat I was looking at..silver lining to the dark cloud of dental work if you will...
And now the mans taken my cloud entirely.

A good friend, now gone needed oxymorphone. It worked. He had a colostomy bag and the biggest hernia i have ever seen, doc wouldnt operate.

He had to get hus shit together to ride the BUS once a month till i volunteered to take him.

The pharmacy was no help either.

The poor guy insisted i take two for my trouble. I honestly felt bad but pride is important and he couldnt even pay for gas.

The guy was jerked arount to the day he died.
