I'm stuck!

I have a four month old OG Kush plant that's 3 1/2ft tall, with no sign of budding other than hairs. I have a Envirolite 125w 110v~60hz Culot E40 bulb. Is this a good enough light? What could I be doin wrong? Please help!

what light cycle are you using? to flower a plant you must give them 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark; the almighty 12/12.

Well I was on an 18/6, now I'm on a 14/8. Sounds like I should change?

Yes, 12/12 is the standard for forcing flower. The plants read the duration of dark and flower accordingly.

I'm kind of curious as to how you run a 14/8 though. What universe do you live in?

2ft? Should be more like 3-4in

Get those lights closer, flouros you can get very close and you should.
