I'm thinkign heat stress? pics included any help is apreciated

I'm having a huge problem fighting heat 7 days into Flowering and just wanna make sure its not nute burn. my temps are 90 with 1x120mm fan 2 6"fans and another small fan -___-
and I have 2 more 80mm fans coming.
I have a 150 watt hps in a 2x2x4 Grandwardrobe box with mylar any suggestions?

It was also the question of heat and options that I would like insight I'm 99.9 % positive its heat stress

maybe K deficiency/toxicity caused by ph imbalance, root damage, lack of K. its hard to tell with no info.

I water every 2 days 2 water ph'd at 6.8-7 and 1 time a week 7.1 with 1 tsp BigBloom and 1tsp Tigerbloom for the last week I have given it small caps of calmag water but my total ppm was under 400
