Figure a million per state, and we know that is far excessive and you have 52 million or 1/6 of 300,000,000= 16.6%, do the math. and dont try and tell me there are more than a million per state, Maybe in California and New York, but there are states like wyoming where there are barely a million inhabitants if that much, so Big boy I think I've proved my point of about 12%
