So im getting set up for my grow i got 2x2x4 im using cfls for lighting i have 6 23w 2700k that give off 1850 lumens a piece. Ill be adding 2-3 42w or a 65w. I bought a sterlite garage container. Going to be going soil for this one. Getting mylar to go around the whole cab and making a reflector for the cfls.

Now my question now that you guys are cought up, what should i do to improve yeild on cfl grown plants.

Ive done 2 grows with a roommate with cfls and got 2 oz from letting one get really big and then about another 2 oz from doing about 4 - 5 little plants.

This time around i want to do something like Suppercropping or Scrog. Im not familiar with sog but i dont think i want that many plants. And i rather do scrog over lst.

So which technique improves yeild the best for my situation?

You starting light for veg should be 70% 6500k and then 70% 2700k in flower.

LST

LST will let you keep a lot of your plant very close to the lights. With CFL's proximity is the key. Scrog is basically a form of LST. But scrog usually makes it difficult to move your plants around, so I dont do that. Although I have seen one of those portable scrog buckets.....

Uncle Bens topping technique for 4 colas is also a good producing method.

When you position your CFL's keep in mind that more light comes off the SIDE of a CFL than off the top(or bottom if your looking at it that way lol)

Best of luck whatever you do.
