In cannabis, which genes are dominant (M or F)?

Just a quick question about breeding. If I were to take 2 different plants, and I bred them together, generally speaking which traits do the plants take from the most, the mom or dad?

Just helps in deciding what plants I want to breed.

It will depend on the strains you cross. Neither male or female plants will always be dominant and some will be dominant in passing on certain traits but not others, and maybe not the one or ones you want the most.

That is why professional breeders make so many crosses using so many plants and different phenotypes of each so hopefully they can happen upon the best possible cross/combination.

But if one plant you will be using is Black Widow from Mr. Nice Seeds, the original White Widow, it is known that the male plant will pass on the most desired traits.
