Any tips for popping hard to pop seeds? I swear this whole order just doesn’t germinate. Came last year I believe from a bank, maybe year before, I ordered Slurricane Ix and slurmints IX and the freebie was rogue valley wreck cross. None of the Slurricane ix popped, and I’m just now trying the slurmints ix and rogue valley wreck cross 2 of each and neither one are showing any sign of life after 3 days paper towel, bag, dvd case on slightly warm light. 3 different ethos strains all germinated. Same method.

Try scarifying with some sand paper in a matchbox, or another method, if you aren't already (on fresh seeds, of course).
Soaked pinto bean water has extra, gentle nutrients that can help stubborn seeds pop.

Jelly pancakes looking like it's gonna go 11ish weeks still throwing out lots of white pistels, developing into an interesting terp profile now 4 sure more musky/breath? Kinda terps then fruity now
Only thing I can't say I'm in love with is the bud/plant structure esp compared with my other jelly pancakes pheno but I also think this is going 2 produce more

Fuck yeah man, if you like fruity stuff you won't be disappointed. I'm trying to find an int shipping bank that has some of the older in house strains. Wanted to try brotannical but heard bad reviews lol.
I have a high success rate by soaking in a glass of water with a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. I do this until the tails come out 1/8th inch or so then I put directly into soil.

If a seed is super stubborn to the point that I am concerned that it will never pop, I squish it along its seam between my thumb and forefinger until I can feel a little cracking/popping shell sensation. It works quite often, but there is of course the possibility that you can kill it if you use too much force, so if you should try, make sure that you believe that it will not pop otherwise and then attempt at your own risk.

After seeing all of the bcp talk I got to searching and found some on deeply rooted seed bank. All of you guys talked me into it and I made the purchase, they will be in my next run.BCP is great. I've done 4 packs over the years. Found 2 real keepers... which I didn't keep....
With a little luck, you could find a really nice plant in those beans. Real cherry smell and flavor. Some phenos also make purple hash.

Got some Platinum OGKB remix going @ 8 days since flip. Just watered and staked them. Very vigorous plants that drink twice as fast as all my other stuff. The buds tops are going to be huge. Will have pics tomorrow once they regain their composure
