In My Tenth Month......

I'm finishing off a off season grow,its a single plant for now,she's been outdoor its whole life and was wondering why this plant is taking so long to develop.its got little tops everywhere on only a straight stalk and turning purple at this point.I'm in my tenth month and still no sign of finishing soon.Any tips would be greatly apperciated...
