in need of help

can anyone help me? my 2 plants are very stalky not that many leaves, i am growing indoors without lights or extra heat. will this seriously affect the growth and what can i do to remedy this?

YOU need light to grow..

Can't grow without lights. Must be some kind of confusion here, are you trying to use a window or something?

i have just the 2 plants growing in a room in the house, just light from the window. they are about 16- 18 inches tall but not that much foilage, whats the best thing to get the growth going without killing them?

They don't have foliage because they are stretching. Your growth rate is actually piss poor, they are only getting tall because they are LOOKING for light. Buy some CFL's at least and try to get more light on those bad boys.
