In need of URGENT HELP!!

this has been an on going problem since day 1 and i just can't seem to tame it. ANYONE out there have some good solid advice to what this might be?? aeroponic system with all the dutch master nutes, on week 5 of veg and my E.C. is only at 1.5 with ph of 5.8

I'm not sure what the problem is and I don't want to guess and be wrong and worsen things.

good guess but all the plants are doing it and dutch master is a very solid nute. i think it might be a salt build up!
