Except for the spots it looks pretty good.

What can you tell us about these micronutrient issues? What do you think was missing from the soil to cause lack of iron? What did you use to add iron or manganese later?

For awhile I used TM-7 (7 micronutrients + humic acid) watered in for all my obscure minerals. Now I'm wondering if I can mix Soy Bean Meal into my soil and skip stuff.

I flushed to low PPMs before flower flip, and then I fed her flowering nutrients. I didn’t realize the feeding program didn’t have Manganese in the flowering nutrients until the leaves told me. After some research I thought it might have been Calcium, but it is most definitely a Manganese deficiency due to either lockout from too much Iron or lack of Manganese from the flush or a combination of the two. Next time when I flip to flower I am going to flush gently over a few days rather than all at once.

I am using the fox farms happy frog feeding program. Cavern culture dry amendment is what had the Iron in it. I gently flushed with Yucca, added some Manganese, and fed only water for a week. She is going to be just fine. She was eating her fan leaves because of the deficiency, but that’s fine with me because as I get closer to harvest I want her to start eating the nutrients within her fan leaves as I back off the nutrient feeding.

This is Pink Runtz by Blimburn seeds. I should start to see the leaves turn some cool colors pretty soon. This strain has a delicious terpine profile. The aroma is sweet like candy.

Yeah he's got a Ca deficit. Why I will never know but there ya go LOL
This is what I originally thought the deficiency was. After some research, and thought into what I was feeding I realized it was not Calcium because the flowering dry amendments I am using has a lot of Calcium in it. It’s a Manganese deficiency due to either a lockout from too much iron in the dry amendment or lack of Manganese from when I flushed prior to flipping to flower.

She was telling me early on that she was having a Manganese issue after the flush because of the light green new growth. I didn’t realize until she started showing brown spots that show up with Manganese deficiency. The Picture below is a day or two after I flushed just prior to flower flip. Next time I will flush gently over a few days rather than all at once.

Almost there. Her leaves will turn purple, trichomes will become cloudy, pistils will brown, and she will get thicker in the next week or so.
Even with the deficiencies , looks like you have a few weeks ..like 4 at least to finish her up. (From first set of pics ) .. In my opinion/experience. Good luck with whatever you decide to do. I don't think it's near harvest though

You are spot on! Good eye! Minimum 2 weeks left, and probably Max 4 weeks. I am on day 36 of flower.

Bad advice.. Or just being themselves.. No wonder people call this site trollitup. Sad
I’ve learned that the cannabis community is very pompous. Myself included. The best way I stay level headed in the trenches of these forums is I remind myself that no one will understand my crop better than myself because nobody has as good of an understanding of what I’ve put into my crop as myself. The only way somebody can truly assist in helping diagnose a problem is if you give them an understanding of what was done to the plant, but even then they won’t have as good of an understanding as yourself. I do think it’s important to take trusted peoples advice/suggestions into consideration when you seek it, but still have the confidence to make your own decision of what is best for your crop.

Put 20 different growers in a room and they will tell you 20 different ways to grow. I don’t think that necessarily means 19 of them are wrong and only 1 is right. I think the topic of growing cannabis is much bigger than what anybody thinks it is or what they think it should be. Much bigger. For example - the 1000s of different microbe communities that each have a different affect on cannabis. It is basically impossible to try all of them in anybodys lifetime. The amount of variables that go into growing cannabis is infinite. There are infinite ways to grow. If people want to harvest there crop early or flush before harvest let them. They might like the taste better or potency feels better when they do those things. The thing I would have a problem with is if they tell everybody they should be harvesting early or flushing before harvest and telling people they are wrong if they don’t do these things.

To sum all that up - The way to grow cannabis is vast and much bigger than what anybody thinks it is or what they think it should be. The entire cannabis community myself included needs to learn humility. We also need to stop trying to diagnose other peoples growing issues without a proper understanding of there grow. We can all learn from how @youraveragehorticulturist approached the situation. He asked questions to understand the situation instead of blindly guessing. This is a trait of somebody that is truly good at learning how to grow cannabis in many different ways.

I appreciate the backup my guy. I wont be taking there advice because my grow isn’t quite at those stages yet. Eventually I will do those things, but not quite yet. They would understand that if they asked the smart questions ya know? But maybe they just like to do those things early, and they expect others to do the same? Either way my hoe is smelling like candy and dense af already. Pink Panties X Rainbow Sherbert is what she’s made from. It’s going to be delicious!3421377D-AD2E-466B-B0E2-35B0702EEFB3.jpeg
