In terms of Cannabis Liberation: Washington vs Colorado (where is it MORE "legal")?

I'm just curious which state has the most liberal laws, I've done some research and I found that you can have like six plants for personal use in Colorado, but in WA I don't know. Perhaps someone on here knows.
Anyone lives in these states?
I'll be moving to either Denver or Seattle next year on the personal philosophy that I refuse to "feel like a criminal" and I hate the backdoor deals of getting weed from dealers ripping me off that I am forced with here.

I think that if someone wants to buy Vodka they can just casually walk into a liquor store and look at all the different types of vodka and choose what they want. If they want Grey Goose, they have at it. Or something cheap then go ahead.
But imagine paying Grey Goose prices for rubbing alcohol. That's how I feel here.
And there are times when I KNOW I'm getting ripped off, but what am I supposed to do.
Some people have a great hook-up, but others not so much.
And I've never done anything illegal or got myself in trouble. The worst thing I've done was accidentally skip jury duty.
I hate feeling like a criminal, it is so fucking gay!!
Perhaps Arizona will legalize it in 2014 which is what I've been reading, but for now CO or WA??

BTW, I'm not from AZ. I live in NJ.

CO all the way. Cannabis is pretty well accepted here from what I've seen and the people I've met. I smoke everywhere!

Colorado allows home growing, that should be a major factor in your decision, IMHO. Nothing says Freedom like growing your own weed. Public smoking and things like that are still getting worked out, but generally, people don't care too much about pot. Don't be stupid and nobody will bother you.

Grow you own, smoke your own, no broken laws. While it is LIMITED Freedom, it is Freedom. With limited plant counts, focus your growing on maximizing yield per plant. In a small closet (2 x 2.5) I got about 400 grams off of 6 plants (2 adults) under a 600 watt HPS.

I had cops in my house a while back (to retrieve personal items, divorce), they were asking me about when my plants would be done budding, I told them about 3 weeks. They said they "looked good". They let me take the plants and equipment with me, no questions asked. The one cop's mouth was watering....

Now, are there jerk cops out there still fighting a losing battle, the War on Drugs? Yes. But for the most part, they don't want to take your plants because they would have to care for them, or get sued. There is case law for this situation already, so if your within the law, you should be good.

I think RIGHT NOW Colorado is the best place in America if you want to experience Cannabis Liberation, but within six years or so from now, that landscape is going to be completely different. Once states like California, Vermont, Alaska, and some say Arizona legalize it I'm sure they'll surpass CO offering more freedom to grow or smoke weed.
California and Vermont I would say are going to be the most liberal because essentially they are already.
