Incriminating pictures and texts?

ok. A few months back i lost my smartphone. At the time i had 3 plays growing and had pictures and texts of them. Someone found the phone now and is trying to blackmail me and take it to the police. I no longer have anything related to growing. Should i be worried?

The NSA already has those texts and pictures anyways.

If you have any text msg's or emails from them showing the blackmail
tell them to try it.

Alternatively you could setup an exchange and bust him up for being a douche bag.

thanks. I have some good things coming up for me right now and i don't want to screw It up. Considering that the only illegal thingi have now is a small bag a bowl, should i all be worried? Is there any way i can get in trouble?

If not, it'd be pretty hard to proove where the pix were taken IMO..
Either way, find the fucktard who has your phone and show he what's up.. badda bing badda boom..

Yeah i might have to beat the shit out of this guy. Idk. There is alot of texts to my buddy who grew at the time about topping and different things like that. That worries me more than the pictures...

I hope you were good enough to notify anyone whose security is now compromised. What is the blackmailer demanding? Maybe you can meet them and while verifying that the phone is the correct one, put it in your pocket and tell them to go fuck themselves.

Yes I've let him know. He quit everything and moved a few weeks ago. He thinks a have a boatload of grass. And fg2020 if he is stupid enough to bring the phone that's exactly what I'll do.

Just set him up for an ass beating, Id have him meet me some where semi public, like a bar, and have several of my boys there spread out looking like regular patrons of the place. When the guy made himself known, we would surround his ass and he can either give up the phone, or get stomped into the ground.
Then once I had my phone back, he would get stomped the fuck out and damn sure made known why he was getting the beating for trying to blackmail me.

Either do that, or just tell the cops someone found your phone and is trying to blackmail you for money to get it back. Then they will set up a sting, nab his ass, charge him, and you get your phone back. They are not going to bother looking at your phone.

Well the sheriffs raided the pad I was squating, took cash from my pocket threw it into evidence along w my phone and, well just read the thread I started called Manufacturing Charges and tell me what you think. It's in concentrates and extracts.

I think you fine dude . If he called the cops all the evidence is gone what are they bringing to court beside a phone ? I cant see that holding up in court after its been in someone elses hands. You could say he took all the pics falsified text. Deny everything. They would have to get phone records and computer experts involved sounds unlikely . Sounds more like you got some beating to do.

Were you in the pictures with the weed? If not then he would have to prove that those pics came from you, were of your plants, and that you grew the plants. He would also have to prove that you were in possession of the phone at the time that the pics were taken. There are lots of connections he would have to legally make with proof to tie that all to you. You should really teach this shit-wiper a lesson. The bottom line is that the phone is only enough to raise a reasonable suspicion and in itself means very little. You had better CYA just to be safe.

Im willing to bet someone who would be able to blackmail someone so easily is not gonna want to be in the cops presence long enough to file a report...
(even if he did the cops couldnt do anything...)

Word of advice to all, be careful taking pics and videos if it's illegal in your location. Very recent story Man busted for posting pot-growing how-tos on YouTube http://www.kvue.com/news/222084461.html

I've learned a lot from all the pics and videos, particularly DIY hydroponic setups, and really enjoy them but be careful out there.
